These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.nuvessl.com and its related pages (the "site"), operated by NuVessl, Inc. ("NuVessl," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

This site provides information about NuVessl and its ingredient delivery technology for businesses. We don't sell products to consumers through the site, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.

Who may use the site

The site is intended for business professionals, such as brand owners, formulators, manufacturers, distributors, and investors. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Copyright and ownership

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the Content and to print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own internal business evaluation of NuVessl, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. No other right or license is granted.

Other names, logos, and product images that appear on the site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance doesn't imply that those owners endorse NuVessl, or that NuVessl endorses them, except where a relationship is expressly stated.

Patents and technology

NuVessl's technology is protected by U.S. patents, including U.S. Patent Nos. 11,020,355 and 11,458,092. Nothing on this site grants any license, express or implied, under any patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right. Access to NuVessl technology is available only through a written agreement with NuVessl.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the site's operation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or copy the Content or any contact information on the site.
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send spam through our forms.
• Reverse engineer any part of the site.

Information on this site

The site is for general information about NuVessl and its technology. Scientific data, study results, and performance figures refer to the specific ingredients, formulations, and conditions described, and results in other products will vary. The site doesn't make claims about any specific consumer product.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and NuVessl about the site. Any separate written agreement with NuVessl, such as a license or confidentiality agreement, controls over these Terms for the matters it covers.
